Donating property allows us to expand our programs and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We accept residential or commercial real estate and vacant land or lots.

We'll work closely with you to assess the property you wish to donate, ensuring its value and suitability. Together, we'll create a transparent donation agreement. Once legal procedures are complete, ownership will be transferred, and the property will officially become a generous donation to The Arc of Bradford County. Your contribution will directly impact our programs, and we'll recognize your support according to your preferences.
