We believe that everyone should have the chance to share their unique talents, skills, and perspectives. That's why we're passionate about providing employment opportunities for individuals with IDD. By joining the workforce, individuals can gain greater independence, learn valuable skills, and enjoy a stronger sense of belonging. Plus, employment opens doors to enhanced self-esteem, improved financial stability, and a more inclusive social life.
We provide several opportunities for meaningful employment:
-
Woodshop
Our Woodshop program provides a creative and fulfilling vocational experience. Participants gain hands-on skills in woodworking, carpentry, and craftsmanship.
Individuals who work in the Woodshop, build stakes, batter boards, station boards, picnic tables and more. Local businesses buy many of their materials from our woodshop. -
Mobile Work Crew
Our Mobile Work Crew program offers a unique and flexible employment option. We bring job opportunities directly to various local businesses, where individuals with disabilities can engage in meaningful work. By partnering with community businesses, we foster a sense of belonging, enhance skill development, and promote independence.
